This page explains what we charge for shipping, how long orders take, and what happens when something goes wrong in transit. Zoom Lights ships within India only.

Charges

  • Free shipping on orders over ₹999.
  • Flat ₹59 on orders under ₹999.
  • Handling: 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
  • We ship within India only.

Handling and dispatch

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of payment or, for Cash on Delivery, of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday and exclude public holidays. Orders placed late in the evening are treated as next-day.

Delivery

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 3–8 business days. Remote pin codes and periods of heavy courier load can add a few days. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore usually 4–10 business days.

Hardwired fittings

Wall packs, flood lights, area lights and most outdoor sconces are hardwired and arrive without a plug. Plan for an electrician if you are not one. Plug-in fittings are marked as such on the listing.

Tracking

We email a tracking reference once the courier scans the parcel. You can also use the Track Your Order page. If tracking has not moved for three working days, tell us and we will chase the courier.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address and phone number before paying. Couriers in India routinely call before delivery, and an unreachable number is the most common reason a parcel is returned to us. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will re-ship it once you confirm a corrected address; the flat ₹59 applies again.

Damage in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Damage reported in that window is our problem to solve, not yours — see the Refund and Returns Policy.

We are not registered under GST (turnover below the registration threshold), so no GST is charged separately and no GST tax invoice is issued; the listed price is the amount payable.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are picked up the next working day. We do not dispatch on days the shop is closed or on public holidays, and delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
