Can I change my order after placing it?

Payment

How can I pay?
UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Is GST charged?
No. Zoom Lights is not registered under GST because turnover is below the registration threshold. GST is not charged separately, no GST tax invoice is issued, and the price shown is the amount payable.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
Free over ₹999, flat ₹59 below that, anywhere in India.

How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days to pack, then 3–8 business days with the courier — usually 4–10 business days in total.

Do you ship outside India?
No. India only.

Products

Does this fitting come with a plug?
Some do and some do not, and each listing says which. Wall packs, area lights and most flood lights are hardwired. Plug-in fittings state the cord length.

What is the difference between 3000K and 5000K?
3000K is warm and yellowish, suited to porches and seating areas. 5000K is daylight white and suited to driveways, yards and work areas. Several of our fittings let you choose between them at the fixture.

Do the solar lights work through the monsoon?
They keep working, but run time drops. A solar light charges on daylight, so several overcast days in a row will shorten how long it stays on at night. We say so on each solar listing rather than quoting a best-case figure.

Do you supply transformers for low voltage sets?
Only where the listing says a transformer is included. Low-voltage garden spotlights otherwise need one bought separately.

Do you sell branded goods?
We sell each item on its own merits and describe it by what it is — material, size, contents. We make no claim to be an authorised dealer for any brand.

Returns

What is the return window?
7 days from delivery, for unused items in original packing.

When do I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us.
